Liked Everything. The location is close to the Palace and riverfront. But is nice and quiet. Rooms are very high standard and also has a clean and good size pool. Aircon is very cool. And beds and pillows are very comfortable. Has a safe in room. Daily towel change. Also had towels for the pool. Lien on reception is wonderful. He can assist in booking onward travel and local trips. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a credit to the hotel. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast is buffet plus choice of hot food. Great value for such a good quality hotel. We liked it so much that we came back.

The hotel is ideal situated near shops and restaurants. It takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the beach. The room was good. As others have noted, the pool area could use a little TLC. The breakfast was delicious. A good variety of food was provided. What made this hotel excellent was the staff. They went out of their way to make sure everything was suitable for you. They were very welcoming. They greeted me with a lovely tea and some biscuits. The spa service at the hotel is good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and within walking distance to the main sight seeing attractions. Our room was really big and clean, had wifi and air con, and a nice view of the city. Only thing that would make it better is if we had easy access to more bottled water as I had to keep asking for it to do our teeth but they always gave me 2 bottles when I did ask so not too much of a problem!

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent and there was lots of food to choose from. The location was great as it was only a short walk to local attractions.
